What to Expect in Our Boarding Facility
Our boarding facility is clean, safe, and designed for your pet’s comfort. Each pet stays in an individual kennel or room (depending on size) with regular monitoring by our staff. We provide feeding according to your instructions, fresh water, and a comfortable sleeping area with familiar items if you bring them.
Before Boarding: Preparation & Requirements
To ensure smooth boarding:
- Your pet must be up-to-date on vaccinations (required for all boarding pets)
- Parasite prevention must be current
- We accept detailed feeding and medication instructions
- Bring familiar items—blankets, toys, or bedding—to ease homesickness
- A recent wellness check is recommended before extended boarding
Tours & Getting Your Pet Comfortable
We welcome you to tour our boarding facility before dropping off your pet. Seeing where your pet will stay gives you peace of mind. Many owners bring their pets in for a short “practice” visit to familiarize them with the environment before an extended stay.
